IBH partners and investors included Tim Draper of Draper Fisher Jurvetson, Thyssen family office (ThyssenKrupp) and former UK Foreign Secretary David Miliband
At IBH Mr. Saigol led the strategic planning and was responsible for origination, investment decision making, and operations
Mr. Saigol holds a BSc in Entrepreneurship and Economics from Babson College

Prior to Baltoro, he was head of Principal Investments at Alfalah & a leading role at Dhabi Group with representation on ICs and various portfolio company boards
He has extensive experience of working closely with top investors, sponsors and boards in mapping out transformational journeys, growth plans and turnarounds and getting these implemented successfully by crafting management teams
His prior experience includes positions at Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup, J.P. Morgan, Scotia Capital in New York, Toronto and London
Mr. Hiraj holds an MBA from Yale University and a BA from McGill University
Zulfiqar has over 10 years of experience in the area of financial management and business strategy. Zulfiqar is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant and holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics.
Zeeshan has been associated with Baltoro since 2016. Zeeshan has done his MBA and currently managing HR & Administration function.

Prior to Baltoro, Imran established the Merchant Banking group at Bank Alfalah where the group built an alternatives portfolio of c.US$130m
At Dhabi Group, the largest foreign investor in PK, he was responsible for performance of portfolio companies in financials, real estate & healthcare
Previously, Imran was responsible for the strategic transformation office at MCB, led Corporate Finance at Elixir (W.I.Carr) and worked in the leveraged finance business at Dresdner Kleinworts in London
Mr. Zaffar has degrees in Economics & Engineering from the University of London
Aman joined Baltoro Capital as a Junior Analyst in 2020 and has been working on asset management, specifically in the financial sector. In addition to this, he also works on due diligence for prospective investment deals. Prior to joining Baltoro he had work experience at a Blockchain start up in the UK and the Pakistan embassy in KSA.
Aman holds a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge where he took courses on Development Economics, Banking & Finance and wrote a research paper on the education sector in Pakistan. Aman has lived in six cities over the last 10 years and takes great interest in development economics and emerging markets. He is a keen athlete and enjoys football, boxing, surfing, skiing and hiking.
Sohail has over 6 years of experience of working in investment and consulting firms in Pakistan and Dubai. Previously, Sohail worked with an investment fund where he worked on investments in energy, education, housing, financial services, healthcare and agriculture. Before that he worked with Dun & Bradstreet where he helped in the implementation of Basel II and other risk management frameworks in different financial institutions in Nigeria. He has also published a case study at INSEAD with Professor Ingo Walter which traces the history of Goldman Sachs from its origins to become one of the most valuable franchises in the global securities industry.
Sohail graduated with double majors in Economics and Mathematics from New York University (NYU) and has also passed all three levels of CFA exams from CFA Institute.
Manaal joined Baltoro Capital as a Senior Analyst in 2020 and has been working with the Investor Reporting & Compliance team. In addition to this, she is also implementing key policies such as ESG and the Impact Management Framework. Prior to joining Baltoro she had work experience in Dublin at J.P Morgan in the Private Equity Fund Services Department.
Manaal holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance from LUMS and has done her Master’s degree in Finance from the Dublin Institute of Technology.
Abdullah has over 3 years of experience working in private equity, asset management, and the financial services. Prior to joining Baltoro in 2019, he worked as an Investment Analyst at Alfalah GHP Investment Management Limited in Karachi, covering banking, insurance and economy for over a year. Before that, he was an Assistant Manager in the Financial Reporting Team at PTCL, where he was tasked to lead the implementation of IFRS 9 on the company’s books back in 2017.
Abdullah is currently a Level 3 Candidate of the CFA professional qualification and holds a BS. in Accounting and Finance from NUST Business School. During his final year, he led his university team at the CFA Institute Research Challenge, and won the ‘Outstanding Investment Research’ award at the Local Final
